System Logs

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs

This section of the Control Panel allows you to view the various logs.

Consent Logs

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs > Consent

This section of the Control Panel allows you to view log messages for consent management, including all grants and withdrawls of specific consent requests.

Consent requests can also be downloaded if needed by using the “export” button ( consent export icon) in the top right of Consent Audit Log settings. This allows users to download a CSV file with log records based on filters applied.

Control Panel Access Logs

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs > Control Panel

This section of the Control Panel allows you to view access logs for your Control Panel. The system tracks all logins, logouts, and various other actions. You can also clear the current set of logs.

Developer Logs

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs > Developer

This section of the Control Panel allows you to view log messages for developers set by ExpressionEngine or third-party developers.

Search Logs

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs > Search

This section of the Control Panel allows you to view any logged search terms.

The Search Term Logging feature lets you keep track of any search terms your site visitors submit via your simple or advanced search forms. This information can be useful in determining what information is being looked for at your site.

Access Throttling Logs

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs > Throttling

This section of the Control Panel allows you to view all the IPs that are currently by “throttled“ by ExpressionEngine from your Control Panel. You can also black list selected IPs.

Email Logs

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs > Email

The Email Console Logs section of the Control Panel allows you to view email messages that have been sent through the Email Console in the member profile pages.

View Email

Control Panel Location: Developer > Logs > Email > subject link

This displays the email as it was sent.
