Emails are Improperly Encoded
Emails sent from the Communicate page appear to be improperly encoded.
Email Encoding
Improperly encoded emails may be the result of using difference encoding options for your site and email character sets. Ensure that the site's default character set and the email character set match.
When necessary, the browser can be forced to render the Communicate page in the target character email set in order to submit the form data correctly. Please consult your browser's documentation for instructions on forcing the browser's character set.
